Evaluation (Mid-Term) of the project "Strengthening the Criminal Justice Chain in the North of Mali (SCJC)"

As part of IDLO’s continuous commitment to accountability and results-based management, IDLO is pleased to share this Mid-Term Evaluation Brief for the project, “Strengthening the Criminal Justice Chain in the North of Mali (SCJC)”. The evaluation has been conducted by independent evaluation experts, supervised by IDLO’s Evaluation Unit. This exercise utilized a theory-driven, mixed-method approach, in line with the IDLO Evaluation Guidelines and OECD DAC standards.

The main purpose of the evaluation was to: (i) assess the extent to which the expected project’s results were achieved; and (ii) identify lessons learned with a view to inform the remaining period of project implementation as well as to guide similar interventions in the future.
