Promoting increased accountability for sexual and gender-based violence in Liberia.
In 2016, IDLO launched a two-year program in Liberia funded by the U.S. Department of State: “Promoting Increased Accountability for Sexual and Gender-Based Violence in Liberia". To encourage innovative, needs-based approaches, IDLO is seeking to provide sub-grants to NGOs for projects that will help improve access to justice and protection mechanisms for survivors of SGBV in Montserrado County. Implementing partners are sought to provide services under the three key areas listed below:
- Support Services for SGBV survivors
- Justice Sector Monitoring of SGBV cases
- Awareness Raising on SGBV
