This sub-project aims to enhance public trust, integrity awareness, and civic engagement in Moldova through innovative, AI-driven experiential learning and cross-professional collaboration. In order to improve the understanding of the personal and social consequences of corruption among youth and citizens, the Association of Administrative Lawyers of Moldova (AJAM) is developing a “Personality & Integrity Mirror” (the Mirror), an AI-powered interactive civic-tech installation that will analyse facial features and generate personality-based simulations to guide through ethical dilemmas. AJAM is also developing and disseminating an awareness-raising campaign and organizing a series of thematic dialogues among youth linked to the Mirror and to understanding the consequences of corruption. Finally, to promote sustainable behavioural change and social norms around transparency, accountability and professional integrity, AJAM is designing and delivering a series of training events for justice sector actors on integration into IT hubs services. The aim is to replicate the AI4Justice model within national strategies on integrity, youth engagement and digital transformation.
