Rome, July 5, 2013 – The International Development Law Organization celebrated the graduation of 24 participants from a record 20 countries who enrolled in the training course “The Dos and Don’ts of Technology Licensing for Developing Countries”. The course, which is now in its fourth edition, taught participants how to negotiate technology transfer agreements and protect intellectual property rights, which are instrumental in fostering a legal environment that encourages investment and trade. It was graciously financed by Microsoft and accredited by Case Western Reserve University of Cleveland, Ohio.
